Terms for using the TheyCall booking experience

Last updated: August 3, 2026

These Terms apply when you submit information, request a call, or schedule a meeting through the TheyCall booking experience. By selecting Continue after completing the required form, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy, including the advertising measurement described there.

1. What the booking experience provides

The booking experience lets you share contact and qualification information, review available times, and request a conversation with TheyCall. A booking request does not guarantee that TheyCall will offer, purchase, sell, or provide any particular product or service.

2. Information you provide

You agree to provide information that is accurate and that you are authorized to share. Do not submit sensitive medical, banking, payment-card, government-identifier, or unrelated confidential information in free-text fields.

3. Contact and scheduling

By submitting the completed form, you ask TheyCall to contact you about the booking request using the phone number or email address you provide. If a meeting is scheduled, calendar and video-meeting services may be used to create the event, meeting link, and invitations. Please use any cancellation or rescheduling method made available in the invitation, or contact TheyCall through the same business channel used for the booking.

4. Advertising measurement

Submitting the completed form authorizes the conditional advertising measurement described in the Privacy Policy. The form and booking do not immediately create a Meta conversion. TheyCall may send one lead signal only after a human marks the contact as qualified, and one purchase signal after a completed sale. A contact marked non-qualified is not sent to Meta by this booking system. Qualification answers are kept in the TheyCall CRM and are not included in Meta conversion payloads.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the booking experience, submit information about another person without authority, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated requests in a way that disrupts availability for others.

6. Third-party services

The experience may rely on third-party providers, including Google Calendar, Google Meet, Meta, hosting, security, and communications providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and their availability is not controlled by TheyCall.

7. Availability and changes

TheyCall may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the booking experience when reasonably necessary. Available time slots can change, and a meeting is not final until the booking flow confirms it.

8. Disclaimer and responsibility

The booking experience is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, TheyCall is not responsible for losses caused solely by outages, inaccurate information submitted by a user, or third-party service failures. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Privacy and your choices

The Privacy Policy explains the information collected, advertising measurement, retention, deletion, and the rights that may apply to you. If you do not want to submit the booking form under these Terms, do not select Continue and use another business contact method made available by TheyCall.

10. Questions

For questions about these Terms, use the contact method made available on the TheyCall website or in your booking communications. No postal address or named legal contact is designated on this page.
